If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • You have 30 days, from the date you ordered your item(s), to submit a return request.
  • Send your return request to our Customer Support team.
  • Once we approve your request, we will provide specific instructions. 
  • We will notify you once we receive your return.
  • Our processing team will inspect your returned item and we will notify you of the status.
  • We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment if your return is accepted.

You will receive a refund credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
